Learning Environment

A classroom is full of energy, excited, curious and motivated faces to learn. Teachers play a central role in a child’s education. We impart training and feedback to the teachers to use the best practices in education. Intrinsic to Dhaniraj School, our Teaching-Learning program is varied and inclusive.

Learning Program

Learning Program is unique to Dhaniraj School. It is systemically designed, well-planned in advance, academic programs to be implemented on all our campuses. Day to day observations help our teacher improvise their teaching strategies.

Academic session planning begins before the start of the Academic year, to give our students and teachers, a direction in class room learning.

To implement the academic plan, our educators are imparted training. The contribution of teacher is phenomenal to all aspects of improving the education system, through teaching and research.

Lesson plan is a teacher’s detailed description of the course of instruction or ‘learning trajectory’ for a lesson. A daily lesson plan is a guide to classroom teaching and learning. The lessons are taught in accordance with lesson plan throughout the year.

Daily class room teaching is observed and inputs are provided on the development, improvement and enrichment in the teaching methodology.

This is conducted by the competent authorities which sets the minimum standard of Academics in the school. We welcome the suggestions and comments on the academic development.
